My order took a little longer than I was hoping for, but it still arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The updates were okay, and the final item ended up being worth the wait. I’d give it 4 stars.

I got my custom art back and the anime look was solid. The faces and colors were close to what I had in mind, which was nice. I did get a little confused on the timing because I thought it was supposed to be ready earlier, or maybe I mixed up the estimate, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Still, once I saw the final piece, I was happy with it.

The return process was kind of frustrating, haha. It took longer than I expected to get the return info, and the replies were a little slow too.

I got annoyed with how the pricing was laid out. It wasn’t all clear upfront, and I felt like I had to keep clicking around just to figure out what I was actually going to pay. By the time I got to checkout, the total was higher than I expected. It kind of felt like they were using little policy loopholes to avoid showing the full cost right away, which just left a bad taste. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

I’m really frustrated with how the checkout went. It felt buggy, confusing, and almost made me abandon my order completely. I tried pushing through, but this wasn’t a smooth shopping experience at all. I’d appreciate someone looking into this and escalating it to the team, because the checkout process shouldn’t be this difficult.

The box came in crushed, and the figure had some paint marks on it. it feels like stuff like this always happens when you’re actually excited for something to arrive. Not really what I was expecting.

I reached out because I needed help with an issue, and they said they’d take care of it, but nothing has actually been fixed. Every email I get back feels like it was written by a robot, just generic replies that don’t really address what I’m saying. It’s been frustrating.

I had to swap my hoodie for a bigger size, and I was getting a bit impatient waiting for a reply since it took about a day. Once they got back to me though, they were friendly and told me exactly what to do. The new hoodie showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. I just wish the whole exchange moved a little quicker, but overall it worked out fine

The tracking was super easy to follow, which was nice because some sites make that stuff a total mess. I got regular updates, my order showed up right when it was supposed to, and nothing went sideways. Happy with it overall, no dumb surprises, no hassle. I’d order again.

The website was easy to use overall. I could get around without much trouble, the pages loaded fine for me, and I found the anime stuff I was looking for without having to click around too much. Checkout was kinda simple too, which I appreciated, and there weren’t any weird popups getting in the way.

The only thing is that some of the filters could be a little clearer, and a few product pictures took a second to load. Still, it was a good experience overall, just kinda not perfect.

The delivery was all over the place. It showed up late, the tracking barely updated at all, and I had to keep chasing for any info. Super annoying tbh, and not somethng I'd want to risk again.

I've had this for a while now and it's still holding up Great. feels really sturdy and reliable, no complaints so far.

I ordered this because the colors on the website looked really bright and crisp, and it seemed like exactly what I wanted at the time.

When it showed up, though, the shades were different. The blue looked a lot duller in person, and the skin tones came out kind of orange. Maybe I just ordered at a bad time or caught a batch that was off, but it definitely wasn’t the look I expected.

Shipping was totally fine and nothing arrived damaged, so that part was okay. I just wish the colors had been more accurate to the pictures because that was the main reason I bought it.

The print came out super clear, better than I expected. Everything was easy from start to finish, so it was a really smooth experience overall

The personalization got the name right, which I appreciated, but I kept noticing the character colors were a bit off from what I expected. Like, it was still really cute overall, but the little details matter to me, so I couldn’t fully ignore it. Nice item, just not quite as accurate as I was hoping

I got this for my brother since he’s into anime, and he did seem to like it. The actual item was fine, but the packaging was basic, just didn’t have that fun little “gift” feel when he opened it. Still, it’s a decent pick for an anime fan, especially if you’re not too worried about the presentation

The box showed up completely crushed, which was ridiculous. Luckily the figure itself wasn’t broken, but the packaging definitely could’ve been handled better.
